I Saw it in Your Smile

How sweet The Spirit sings
A melody unlike the rest
I can feel it flow through my veins
Penetrating deep in my chest

And I saw it all in your smile
I saw it all in your smile
I just stopped for a while
And saw it all in your smile

The morning dew lingers nearby
Dripping off the trees above
I feel the warmth of the sun rising
To bless me with her rays of love

And I saw it all in your smile
I saw it all in your smile
I just stopped for a while
And saw it all in your smile

If you can stop the mindless drone
Of three thousand thoughts going on and on
And witness some of nature's treats
Pass them along to everyone you meet

Just start with a smile
Stop for a while
I saw it in your smile
And in your smile I will stay for a while :)

Words to Live By

Every blade of grass has its ANGEL that bends over it and whispers, 'GROW, GROW.'  --The Talmud

"Worry never robs tomorrow of it's sorrow; it only saps today of it's strength" -- A.J. Cronin

"Never be bullied into silence. Never allow yourself to be made a victim. Accept no one's definition of your life; define yourself." -- Harvey Fierstein

"If we don't believe in freedom of expression for people we despise, we don't believe in it at all." -- Noam Chomsky

"Rest is not idleness, and to lie sometimes on the grass on a summer day listening to the murmur of water, or watching the clouds float across the sky, is hardly a waste of time." --Sir John Lubbock

"I've been rather awed by the magic that Spirit choreographs... when I do more listening than talking...
more feeling than thinking...
more being than doing...
and more allowing than controlling...
i.e. SURRENDERING!"
--Carl Landsness

Ice Cream Makes Everything Better :)

A Happy Picture from my Happy Friendly Book!!

Notice the repetition of, Love some more. Love is all you need!!
This to-do list is full of things that will light up and warm your soul.
Make your own "real" to do list, and follow it!
Include those passions of yours that make you feel truly at peace, such as taking a walk or going for a run, eating ice cream, dancing, painting, etc... But make sure you save room on that to-list to laugh, notice kindness (and be kind yourself), and most of all,  LOVE.
Namaste
